Do I absolutely have to fax in my room request four days in advance? Today is day four for us, we arrive on Sunday. I have been swamped, just walked in the house and remembered about the fax! If I want to get it sent today, I will have to type something up quick and drag the kids out to hubby's work for him to fax it, then run home for dinner and out the door because my second grader was picked to make a presentation to the school board tonight!!! Would it be a big deal to get it in first thing in the a.m. instead? Also do you include a cover sheet? I could get it out today if I really need too........

I'm not sure about the cover sheet, but I'm sure it will be fine if you fax it in the morning.

You can fax it in the morning! 3 days advance is fine.

Thanks guys, that relieves a bit of stress. Anyone know about a fax cover sheet? Tonia

Even though I have never sent a fax to Disney for a room request I never send a business fax without a cover sheet so my gut is to yes include a cover sheet.

Try not to stress over your room requests. Please keep in mind that they are just that and my not be granted.

We always make our requests when we book our room through CRO. We have never requested a free upgrade only requests for a certain building/floor/trail. There have been trips when we have been given free upgrades and then there have been trips where we did not get any of our requests besides the medical request for a non-smoking room due to my husbands medical issues.

My point is please do not stress over your requests and please be prepared to not have your requests granted.

I wish you luck on getting your requests granted and I hope you have a great trip.

I didn't send a cover sheet. All my information (including my fax #)was on my request. Less paper, less waste.
