need a quick answer please..bread machine related

I have dough (yeast) in the machine right now. However, I want to have it done in 3 hrs (cooked) it is on the DOUGH CYCLE right now.

Can I take that dough and place it into an oiled (Olive Oil)
and cover it until ready to mold it into shape and bake it??

yes I do need to bake it , the dough is for pretzels so this is why it was put on a dough cycle. I need to make 2 batches that is why I was wondering if I could cover it in a bowl with some oil in the bowl so it won't stick.
