Me and my fiance are getting married at the end of August 2015 and honeymooning a week later in Sept at WDW. :bride::groom:
I've been to WDW before but i was 10.
This is the first time the MR would of been away from the UK, he loves his rollarcoasters and shows and i'm a Disney freak. So naturally Florida was the way to go.
We will be spending 2 weeks there so we have all 6 disney parks, both Universal studios and the wet n wild park.
But i need help in anything that isn't theme park related and anything romantic. ALso any dining resturants that are good.

Any ideas would be helpful
thanks x:thanks:

I can't believe anyone hasn't responded to this yet. It may be due to the fact that if you want something not theme park related...a lot of us are coming from outside of Florida. Me, for example...all I know about Florida is Disney, Sea World, and Universal.

So...sadly, I can't tell you very many romantic things to do in Florida outside of the parks. I can tell you, however, that one of the places I've heard is SUPER romantic (but SUPER expensive) is Victoria and Albert's at the Grand Floridian. I wouldn't imagine reservations are too hard to come by (given how pricey they are)...but you'd want to check.

Additionally, something I've always felt would be really romantic at Disney (but we've never done) are the little private cruises you can book to watch the fireworks. I know for certain they have them at Epcot, and I would imagine you can take a cruise around the water by Magic Kingdom too.

DO NOT do "Bongos" in Downtown Disney if you're going for romantic. :) I thought the food was some of the best I'd had the entire trip--but it was LOUD! You wouldn't be able to hear each other.

I have never been to Disney or Florida for that matter. So outside of the park, I am not sure what to say...

I spoke with a disney vacation planner the other day and brought up Narcoossee's. It is a restaurant at the Grand Floridian and it's on the dining plan!!! So if money is an option and a reason for not trying Victoria and Albert's, there is another option. You can witness the fireworks over magic kingdom from the narcoosee's balcony. Victoria and Albert's has 10 tables only which is probably why it books fast and is not on dining plan.

Another special thing my fiancé and I are going to do is a carriage ride. For 45 dollars you are in a horse drawn carriage for 2... I am living the sound of the romance with that and thinking we will have the Cinderella picture... A kiss in a horse drawn carriage... Hoping a magic memory maker photographer can capture it!

Hope you enjoy you trip! I do believe we may be honeymooning at the same time!!
