I am starting to stress out now.......today is Mon Feb 13 and we are leaving for our WDW vacation on Thursday Feb 16th....we are Canadian and were just told today that next week ( our holiday week in disney ) is Presidents week in the US.......and now I am freeking out.....we have Sunday, Monday ( Pres day) Tue, Wed and Thursday to visit 3 WDW ( MK< MGM and AK)parks and 1 US park....I have been looking at past attendance year stats and it says that this week ( pres week) is a high attendance week........I cant move out holiday to another week cause this is the only time I get a break at work......so my question to you is....how should I plan my week? when/where should I go to which parks and should I take Monday off from going to a park???? I am so worried now...suggestions would be appreciated....thanks ....PS this is our VERY FIRST WDW trips

Well it looks like you have 5 days to visit four parks

I would say
AK on sunday
Monday rest (go to a waterpark or anything else)
Tuesday head to Universal
Wednesday Magic Kingdom
THursday Epcot

Hope it helps

Attendance will be higher but won't be that bad. For the past few years, American businesses have been scaling back on giving President's Day off to their workers. The government and schools are closed but there are businesses who remain open. Also, because of some freak storms here in the Southeast, our schools are going to be open to make up snow/ice days. If you want to go to a Disney theme park, I'd pick Epcot. More spread out.

Well first and most importantly I would visit touringplans.com to chose the best days to visit for each park. Also try to be at the parks at opening for a jump on the crowds, and use those fast passes wisely!

Have fun!

We are headed there TODAY!!!! We have gone the last couple President's weeks and yes it is crowded. But you will have a ball!!!

If you are not staying onsite or planning on using early entry, I'd suggest going to the early entry park the next day. They are usually less crowded.

Also...use your fastpass as much as possible. This really helps...along with getting to the parks early.

I'm sure you will have a wonderful trip and it looks like the weather will be awesome!!!!! Mid to upper 70's and warm Florida sunshine!!! Yippeee.

See you there!!!!

That week won't be that bad, trust me. WDW doesn't start to really hop for the spring breakers until around early March, and then it stays in full gear until the end of April.

And it's not like WDW doesn't know what to do with high attendance. That just means they'll be doing more shows at more times, have more street performers, be more fully staffed, etc. It's nothing to be worried about.

2Xcited4Disney - I HOPE that by 'universal' you mean MGM! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
