The airlines called again and changed my flight to the night before I had originally planned.

Now I will be arriving going Orlando without a hotel room for that night. The next day we will be staying at a Disney resort.

I called Disney and my resort WL is booked and I cannot get in for that night.

Does anyone know of any off site hotels that are close to Disney that would be good to stay at?

Will you be taking DME? Because not going to a WDW resort when you arrive might cause them to not transport you.

I would suggest just booking a room at or near the airport if you have a late night arrival. That way if you planned to use DME you could take the hotel shuttle back to the airport the next AM and go from there...would also work if you were planning to rent a car...it would save you a day of car rental and it is reaaly nice for late night arrivals to just crash close to the airport.

We usually bid through Priceline for a 3* hotel in the MCO zone (all of those provide complimentary shuttle service 24/7). You will wind up at the Hyatt (inside the airport), the Sheraton Suites, Marriott, Renaissance, Crowne Plaza or Holiday Inn Select. All are very nice and have efficient shuttle service. That way you can call the hotel for a pick up from the coutesy phone while you are getting your luggage, they will take you right back to the hotel and you can be in bed 45 minutes after you get off the plane. The next AM you can take the shuttle back to the airport and get the rental car and head to WDW as early as you'd like. We usually get a 3* hotel room in that zone for around $5o or less.

If you don't mind spending a little more you can book the Hyatt directly...it is right inside the airport so you just pick up your bags and take the elevator upstairs to check in.

I too would consider staying close to the airport, the Hyatt Regency at MCO is a lovely hotel and you would have the advantage of not having to leave the airport whilst having dining/shopping opportunities also.
