Need a good cordless phone - what kind do you have?

My old Panasonic cordless died and I loved it. I purchased a new 5.8 Panasonic (3 handsets) but it buzzes slightly when in use and people say I sound quiet on it.

I brought home another wireless by Uniden today (3 handsets) but its 2.8 and interferes with our wireless internet. Also, the handsets are smaller than I'd like.

I really need a nice phone that a headset can be attached to as I worked out of my home and use the phone constantly. Any thoughts on phones would be appreciated - this is driving me crazy! Thanks!

Well, I was going to recommend the Uniden but I guess not. I have the Uniden and I love it (them, we have 4 handsets).

I was going to suggest Uniden too! Our has been beat up, dropped, thrown and kicked - and they still work great! Got them for a great price at Costco, and it came with three handsets.

I have two different ones in our home as we have a home/office so in the office we have the AT&T 5.8. Comes with three units and you can buy additional singles if you want them and they are AWESOME!

For the main house I got the Panasonic 5.8 (I think the ones you originally got) and we LOVE them as well. I am confused as to buzzing???
You can adjust the volume on both these PHONES. I have two sets of THREE of the Panasonic as I have them all on my first floor and in all the bedrooms upstairs.

TRY the AT&T 5.8! Go online and type that model into their website. You will like them and I got them at WAL-MART.

We have a Siemens Gigaset 4010, with 3 handsets. We've had them a few years without any problems.

I've had good luck with the Uniden also. However, mine is old and is the 900 gig model.

I have uniden as well and love my handsets! I use the speakerphone on the handset and the handset about equally. Guess I can't help you. Don't seem to have a problem with my internet at all.

Thanks everyone! I kept the Panasonics. I moved the base away from the internet router and the buzzing was gone. I don't know why I didn't think of that before They seem like great phones!
