Need a First Floor Room - Best Way to Get It?

We've had all of our room requests met right down to the exact room 3 out of 3 times even without a medical reason.

On the other hand, I'm maybe 50-50 with getting my requests met. I've even had my request for a ground floor room denied when I've had someone along who had knee problems.

As far as requests go, the best thing to do is to plan to not get them, and then be thrilled if you do.

I believe that there is a phone number for reservations for guests with disablilities. They should be able to help you out. I found this number, but I have never called it. 407-939-7670. When we do not get our request the first night, we have always been able to move the second day to a room that met our request. It is a bit of a pain but in our case it was worth the move.
