Need a DVC renters contract form

Hi....I am in need of a basic DVC renters contract form. I am renting some of my points to my cousin and her family and even though it is family I dont want there to be any surprises for either party. If someone has a basic rental form that they would like to share I would be greatful. Thanks

I think it might be even more important to have a contract when involved with friends or family.
