need a birthday shirt please

I need someone's help please. My son's 2nd birthday is coming up and I found a cute Pooh cake and thought that he could wear a cute shirt too. Could someone make a iron on of Pooh in the center of the shirt (could be holding balloons maybe wearing a party hat ?) I thought the lettering on the top would say "Look Pooh" and underneath the picture of Pooh it would say "Drew's 2 !". I have never tried to do an iron on and not sure how to print it either. Thanks for any help!
