Nearest Publix to VGF

Where is closest publix , Walgreens ,or Walmart?

Not sure about closest, but we went to the water tower Publix, which I think is in celebration. I just like that one and it’s not too painful to get to.

The closest Publix is just north of the Magic Kingdom off of Reams Road. From VGF, go north on Floridian Way and drive through the backstage area behind the Magic Kingdom. Then turn right (east) onto Reams Road. Reams Road turns curves north. The Publix is in the Lakeside Village Center at 7880 Winter Garden Vineland Rd, Windermere, FL 34786.

This is the one we use too when staying at VGF. It is definitely the closest and easiest to get to.

The Google map makes it look like you can't, but you can. No issues driving there when we did it.

We shopped at that Publix last year during our stay at VGF, and used the same route, it was fairly easy to get there.

They now have a stoplight on Reams Rd. into the cast member parking areas at Floridian Pl. The road winds through and connects back on to Center and Center connects to World Drive/Floridian Way. We often travel this route to and from BLT. The only problem is that you cannot turn left into BLT on World Drive. So you have to go further down and turn around usually at Timberline Drive and come back to BLT. This no left turn popped up after they expanded the MK bus station.



Eventually Floridian Pl. will connect directly into Floridian Way. You can see the construction in progress as you make the turn at Center Dr.
