We are flying to Disney in September. Using Magical Express to Pop Century. Interested in taking a taxi when we arrive to buy water, wine, liquor...any suggestions???

Nearest place is Goodings at the Crossroads (just outside DTD) but WAYYYY OVERPRICED!! Instead I'd go left at the lights at the crossroads onto S. Apopka Vineland. Go straight thru the next lights and look for abc Liquors on the right side. Also there's a Winn-Dixie close by for water and other groceries. We are flying to Disney in September. The other option is to go to Wal-Mart on 535, but they don't sell liquor, only wine and beer.
Don't airports have duty free liquor stores? You might be able to save yourself a taxi fare by checking the airport directory before you check into Magical Express.
There is one - It's called Alpha Duty Free and is listed as being near gates 60-99 in Airside 4 if that helps at all. Here's where I found that information. http://www.orlandoairports.net/concessions/shops_as4.htm#shops
Hope this helps!!

Thank you! Can anyone one shop there or just international travelers?
Don't know how I missed that!![]()
It looks like it is only for outbound international travellers. That is how it is listed in the airport's shopping guide.

Didn't know that about Wal-Mart...I always go just for beer and wine, but DBF will be needing his vodka for our Nov. trip. While I completely agree that Goodings is overpriced, the Wal-Mart on 535 does, in fact, have a full liquor store--opened last year as I recall. Prices are good, tho not extraordinarily so (no more than $1 cheaper than ABC''s non-sale prices), and selection is nowhere near as vast as ABC's, but if you were going there anyway...
BTW, the Wal-Mart on 192 also has a full liquor store, but the one on Turkey Lake does not. Kind of a hit or miss thing.
Also, the Walgreens South of WDW on 535 (next to Chik-Fil-A) has a decent liquor store, although the one north does not.
