If I could I would personally shake that Marine's hand for possibly saving my dh life over there. If someone is shooting at you they are a threat and appropriate action should be taken to save you and your fellow soldiers. I don't care if he shot him once, four or fired his clip into the guys on the ground because that's one less terriorist I have to worry about trying to kill my husband who is trying he damndest to put that country back together. This Marine or the other 140k soliders over there are not barbarians, they are heroes and freedom fighters. They follow the Geneva Convictions and do everything they can to show the Iraqis how to live but when people are shooting grenades and everything else at them from a place that is considered holy or a school for children, I would say ALL BETS ARE OFF!! No one here should be judging these shoulders until you have spent a month or two in their nasty boots being shot at and going trough rigged traps.
Thank you,
Tina
