The U.S. has just changed the status of Navy Capt. Scott Speicher, shot down over Iraq in January 1991, to missing-captured.
Do you think this is being done to help convince people that attacking Iraq is the right thing to do or do you think they just now have solid enough evidence to change his status from KIA?
