My husband and I are taking our three dau 5, 11, 11 yrs old to disney 12/2-12/13.

This is a first trip for me and the girls, hubby has been there before. We have 6 day hopper passes, tix to MVMC and a dinner with Cinderella at 1000 Park Ave. We are staying off property at our time share and renting a small SUV.

I have broken my left foot, I am in an air cast, can walk short periods but need to sit often. My doc suggests bringing a wheelchair for the trip.

Are there any tips or suggestions that would make our first trip pleasurable despite a broken mommy... lol?

Will I be allowed to ride any rides with the air cast/boot, as only one of my dau does rides and I do not want her to go alone.

Hi and :welcome: to DisBoards and disABILITIES!

As far as going on rides, as far as Disney is concerned there are no restrictions for you as long as you will not cause injuries to others.

You might want to click on where it says "disABILTIES" at the top of this page it will take you to the Index. One of the top items is the "disABILTIES FAQ" which will gives lots of useful information. Post #2 there deals with mobility/stamina issues. You may be better off renting an ECV from an off-site company. This will give you more independence, especially if the 5yo may need a stroller.

Or, if you want an easier route to the FAQs, click on the link in my signature.
