1.5 days at Cabo San Lucas port

We'll be traveling to Ensenada and Cabo San Lucas over Christmas time and the ship will be spending 1.5 days docked in Cabo San Lucas. For those of you that have been on a cruise that stays overnight in Cabo, can you tell me if there is a curfew to be back on ship or are you free to come and go until sail away the following day?

I thought I would follow up on this since I didn't receive a response and in case it helps anybody else with the same itinerary.

Our curfew was 12:30am. Funny thing is, we thought that would be plenty of time but my wife and I ended up going off the ship after family dinner and went bar hoping. It turned out to be so fun that we wished we had more time before the last tender.
