How would someone know if you registered with a new name after being banned? How would they be able to tell you apart from just another new poster? I'm not real good with computers so maybe it's something obvious that I don't know about.

One would be the possibility that the moderators and/or webmasters will recognize patterns and the fact that a new person is jumping in with stuff that most new people would not be aware of. And also there are technical ways which cannot be told.
