National Van Rental Question??

We are members of the Disney Club and the Emerald Club. We have 7 of us that will be needing a van for our upcoming trip. I know Emerald Aisle wouldn't be an option so how do I go about being guarenteed a mini-van? Do I key in Emerald Choice or do I key in counter?

Emerald Choice. You can go right to the mini-van aisle and pick out what you want.

Thank you very much!! One other question I thought of - Can you go right to the MiniVan Isle with Emerald Choice or do you have to go to the counter 1st?

I was told by National that when you reserve a mini-van even through Emerald Aisle, that you cannot bypass the counter. Bummer!

We rented a mini-van from National in December 2001. We were able to go directly to the aisle and pick what we wanted. Ended up with a very nice Grand Caravan.
