National upgrade coupons

Does National ever offer any upgrade coupons, besides joining EA?

National has double upgrade coupons in the Entertainment book.

The Entertainment Book coupons can't be combined with other discounts, though.

Never understood why they put in so many coupon fields if you can only use one at a time.
