National Rental Car

I'm thinking of renting from National. We have rented from Avis in the past and had EXCEPTIONAL service and the cars were great and getting the car and returning the car were both very easy...but National comes out a lot cheaper this time...so, please let me know what kind of experience you have had with them....and can you confirm that the cars are at the airport...(i.e. no shuttle to get to them) WIth Avis the cars were easy to walk to and there was no problems...will it be the same with National?

I have used National for years. Coming from Mass. during school vacation week, cars are expensive. My suggestion is to join the Emerald Club and use the Emerald Aisle. You get a discount on the rental, plus you pick out any vehicle that you want in the aisle. Good luck.

So the cars are right there at the airport right? I don't want to have to hop on any shuttles to get the car.

Yes the cars are at the airport. We were there last March and they upgraded us to a small SUV (Explorer) and there were plenty to pick from. No problems except a little bit of a wait at the counter. We are using them again this March.

I have used National a few times and they have always been fast and easy to deal with. They have their cars right there at the airport. Sicne I ended my Disney Club membership I go with who ever is least expensive and have use priceline a couple times.
