does anybody know which floor the national cars are picked up on now? I know they used to be on the 2nd floor but last year they had moved down to the first floor. I am looking for the emerald isle. thank you for any info

Depends on which side of the airport. I used them last month, they were on the 1st floor of the garage on B side. The last time I used them on A side, they were on the 2nd floor but maybe that changed, its been over a year.

On the B side, National has always been on the 1st floor of the garage - but it used to be on the left side as one exited the terminal; now it is on the right.

Both Sides A and B are now located on the ground floor. This all depends on what airline you fly and where your luggage is coming out of. We fly Jetblue, so that is side A. Side A use to be on an upper level, but this year it moved to the lower level. IF this is your side, it's to the right of the escalator, but watch the signs for directions.
