Yes you must have the physical coupon (You need to purchase an Entertainment book to use the coupon) and yes the National attendant will ask for the coupon. I used on on 10/28 and the attendant asked for the coupon.

I have the entertainment coupon (2) car upgrade and it doesn't match that code...I am searching my house for the 10009262 one and can't find it. I have BJ's and AMEX ones also and they don't match either. Do you think they will take another (2) car upgrade in it's place??

I will double check my Entertainment book tonight when I get home from work. Wonder if it matters if it is the 05 or 06 book (Do they change the coupon numbers for new editions of the book?). I'll let you know. -Julie

10009262 is NOT an entertainment coupon.

This code is an AMEX coupon. You need to have the printed coupon and AMEX card to get the discount.

12 hrs left to find it otherwise I'll just bring the ones I have, I don't think it will be a big deal. (2) class upgrade is a (2) class upgrade, right??? I just like things to line up perfect.

You might want to modify your reservation to coupons you know where they are. I would hate for you to not get a discount because you don't have the right one. With the new modify you can see old and new prices before making a final decision. Good Luck.
