Yesterday I was scrolling through Instagram and I saw the below picture. I read all the places and said to myself, “I’m so below average”. Then I started thinking about all of you, and wondering how many places you have all been. So give us your average answer today……

After looking at the picture below, are you below average, average or above average?

*Please post the places you have been
*This is not my list, just something I saw. Obviously there’s a million other important areas in the world that are not on this list. This is just for fun

For Me….way below average. I better get my butt moving and start seeing places other than WDW 😂🤣 I’ve seen Niagara Falls and The Las Vegas Strip.

I guess I am an over-achiever; I've been to 11: Eiffel Tower, Empire State Building, Louvre, Times Square, Statue of Liberty, Golden Gate Bridge, Notre-Dame, Niagara Falls, Central Park, Grand Canyon, Versailles. The thing is, we usually only travel to Disney and NOLA for our actual vacations! However, we lived in San Francisco, DD is a dancer so did training in NYC, I was a chaperone when we took her dance company for a collaborative production in Vendome, France. I color coded these so you can see that none of them were actual vacation-trips. Of the remaining 2, we visited the Falls when we were passing thru on trips between MI and ME, and we went to the Grand Canyon when we were driving west to move from Syracuse to San Francisco. Really, NONE of them were vacations, just circumstances of location, hahaha!

I'm considering myself average, because some (yellow) were proper tourist visits, and some (pink) were "kind of saw this from the taxi window while on the way to..." sort of glimpses:

I barely hit average and I’m not sure how I managed that 🤣🤣 business trips to NY helped and one tiny trip to Europe but I Definitely have not seen most items on the list but sure would like too !

Nice.. you are more "techy" than I can manage, @PollyannaMom !

I've always wanted to see Machu Picchu but don't see it on any of our plans. Lately I've developed interest in seeing Beijing/China, but like with going to Peru, it's probably not a feasible trip for us (financially and otherwise).

I’ve been to 13 of them. However, I think it’s a bit skewed because some of them are grouped by location, and if you’ve visited that city or region, are likely to have seen more than one.

I have lived just outside of New York City my whole life, thus have been to 4 in that city alone, plus one in the state (Niagara Falls). That puts me at average right away. And I’ve been to London and Rome, which ticks off 5 more. Anyway, seems like it would be a better representation of travel if there were a wider diversity of places.

I am well below average on that list. While I travel about 16 weeks a year, I generally go to the same areas and do the same things each time. I'm a creature of habit.

14 - So, I guess I'm above average. There were about 3-4 on there that I've had the option to do but we chose to do other things not on this list (ex. can't remember what we did instead of Versailles and Stonehenge).
