And with it comes the fee-waived membership to National car rental's Emerald club. But where do you sign up.

just be ready for them to ask for you disney membership number.

Is the fee one time only or is it an annual fee? If it is annual, is the fee waived the first year only or every year? TIA.

This is probably a dumb question, but I'm new here, please forgive me. I had a MKC card from our credit union, does the DC membership replace this?

If you had a free MKC card, you need to buy the new Disney Club card to keep the discounts. You do get a $10 discount, $29.99 (for 1 year). Go to http://www.disneyclub.com.
