National Car Care Center Shuttle Question

If you drop off your car at the National Car Care Center at WDW, is there then a shuttle that takes you back to your hotel? If it exists, how is this service and how often does it run? Also, does it take you directly back or are you at the mercy of a service that has to go to multiple hotels.....

There is usually a shuttle waiting there when you drop your car off. You may have to wait just a few minutes. If there are others dropping cars off at the same time you may have to go to other hotels besides yours. It has never taken us very long tho.

Also - is it true that you can drop your car off at the dolphin? Our ultimate destination after droppoff is the beach club so if we could do that without a lot of extra cost penalty, that would work better I think?
