Nassau stingrays or Blackbeard Nassau?

Any reviews for either of these? I've done thread searches here and read all that I can find. The Castawy Cay one is supposedly a long hike. The Blackbeard one is longer, costs not much different, lunch included with beautiful Island time. Then, i read about Nassau maybe not being safe, and sand fleas. I had planned to stay onboard at Nassau, but now can't decide. First time cruiser. My kiddos would love to see stingrays. Thanks.
