Nassau or Castaway Cay Glassbottom Boat

My family wants to know, what are your thoughts on the glassbottom boat rides at Nassau AND at Castaway Cay? Would you do them again? Which do you prefer? Is it necessary to book these ahead of time, or can we wait till we board?

We're doing the 4-night Jan 18th.
