Nassau: Can you buy RX drugs without a Prescription?

No, I'm not a druggie. I'm taking Xenical for weight loss and it's a bit pricey.

Neither my health insurance nor my Medical Spending Account will cover it and I thought it might be cheaper there. (MSA claim just denied.)

I can get an RX if that is needed.

Does anyone know? Is it like Mexico in that if you have the funds they will sell it to you without a RX?
