Narcoossee's on the dining plan

We are traveling to DW in September and I would love to try out this signature restaurant. I know that it will be two dining credits on our meal plan, but my question is this, are you limited to what you can order off the menu when using the dining plan? I see that the surf and turf is 75 dollars per person so that seemed a bit extreme, and I didn't know if they would let us order something like that. Thanks in advance!

It has been a couple of years since we last went there, but we were able to order anything we liked on the dining plan.

I had the surf and turf when I was there in January 2015 on the Deluxe plan. I think the entree selections are the same regardless of which plan you're on.

There are no restrictions on the dining plan. We were just there last mont and I had the surf and turf. The only extras as far as food was the "enhancements" which were just extra sides.

All of the entrees are included so Narcoossee's is probably the best 2 credit value on the regular dining plan.

Just be aware there is an "extras" or "additions" section on the menu that is not included in the plan. So, no adding a half-pound of king crab legs.

1. Narcoossees is my new favorite! My friend and I split the surf and turf entree and it was plenty for the two of us. We were not on a dining plan, and we did want appetizers and dessert (and the delicious bread!!!!!)
2. I have no idea where the numbers came from! cannot get rid of them!

That's what I wondered, if the lobster/filet was enough to share. It is just my mother and me, and we will be on the dining plan, so if we shared that would be 2 credits, and then we would maybe pay out of pocket for an appetizer and a second dessert. Would this be enough to eat that we wouldn't leave feeling hungry?

I don't think you will even need a second dessert. My friend an I each ordered our own appetizer and dessert. Neither one of us even came close to eating that dessert.

On this next trip we all are on the ddp, but some of us are using the dxddp. I think my DDIL and I will share that meal and also share an appetizer. I know we have plenty of credits but I hate to toss that good food out.

The chef will split anything in the kitchen so both of you will each have lovely plates

I had the surf and turf on the dining plan in 2010.
