Narcoossee's Custom Menu

How do you get a custom menu at Narcoossee's. I know that for the Coral Reef, all you have to do is call up Deb, and I have her number already. But what is the method of getting the custom menu set up at Narcoossee's?

My husband and I received a personalized menu at Narcoosees without asking -- all we did was tell the reservationist that it was our honeymoon when we made our ADRs. Unfortunately, because I made the reservation using my maiden name, the menu congratulated Mr. and Mrs. Mymaidenname (kind of embarassing)

I'm not sure how helpful this reply is, but at least you know it's possible to just get lucky!

Same process here. They customized our menus for my 6yo nephew's bday. He was so shocked(as were we). Have the event noted in the ressie and hope. Honestly, the element of surprise was nice and just kicked off the dinner on such a high note. I would not tell the celebrant anything about it. I It does not happen no disappointment.
