I am really wanting to order crab legs at one of our meals but I am not seeing any restaurants on the DDP that offer it. The closest thing is lobster which they serve at Narcoosees. I believe it takes 2TS on the plan. My question is we are going in August and it is going to be so hot that I am sure that I will be wearing capris and sandals, is this appropriate attire for this restaurant? Thanks

As long as you are not wearing a bathing suit or torn/ripped clothing, you will be fine.

great thanks! What is the easiest way to get there from one of the parks? Was thinking about going one night after Animal Kingdom since it closes the earliest but was wondering what the easiest way would be.

From Disney World's web site, the dress code for Narcoossee's:

Dress Code Guidelines:
Men: Khakis, slacks, jeans, dress shorts, collared shirts. Sport coats are optional.
Ladies: Capris, skirts, dresses, jeans, dress shorts.

Not permitted in dining room: Tank tops, swimwear, hats for gentleman, cut offs, or torn clothing. While T-shirts are now allowed, the policy remains that T-shirts with offensive language or graphics are not acceptable.

To get there from AK: There's a resort bus to GF (not sure if it shares with Poly or Contemporary, but it should be labeled anyway). I'd also use the resort bus from DHS. From EPCOT, I'd take the monorail to TTC and then switch to the resort monorail and take that to GF. From MK, take the resort monorail, but you can also take the boat launch if you have the time.

DH and I are eating at Narcoossee's for the first time on our upcoming trip and I am looking forward to it. I've read many good reviews, so I think it's worth trying. Have fun!

If you are going straight from AK, then you should take the bus to Grand Floridian.

If you are going back to your resort and then heading out, the easiest is to take the bus to MK and then catch the monorail over to Grand Floridian.

Narcoosees sits on the water behind the Grand Floridian; it is not inside the hotel.

Thank you, I was planning on eating at Yak and Yeti for our TS at Animal Kingdom but the reviews have been mixed so I think I will just catch the GF bus and eat here I think I will be happier with the food. So excited!

Or take the boat from MK over to the GF. The boat dock is near Naroosees.
