Hi Everyone!!!
I was just looking at the snack list for Epcot and seen Napoleon and Elephant Ears at France/Boulangerie Patisserie...and was wondering if anyone could tell me what those are?!!! Thanks so much:goodvibes

Napoleons are layers of puff pastry filled with cream filling and usually decorated on the top with a drizzle of chocolate icing. Elephant ears are the same puff pastry layered with a sugar mix and are flat and roundish so they are a little crunchier...both are fantastic especially with a cup of java!:goodvibes

I see you are Canadian :wave2: The "French" terms for those treats are:

Napoleon -- Mille Feuilles
Elephant Ears -- palmiers

Does that make it any clearer  They are both common pastries that you would find in your grocery store.

I never found the Patisserie to be very authentic ... much yummier treats in any store in Quebec.
