Just got here today! Yay it's so awesome and we haven't even gotten in the park yet! Going thru downtown Disney waiting for our room to be ready. Saw this restaurant and wondering how good the Pizza or other dishes are? Anything like Tuttos or via Napoli in Epcot? TIA!

We went there for dinner last week - the middle sized pizza was HUGE. For two of us who were starving, we had calamari as an apply to share and we each only had one slice of the pizza before being stuffed. They also offered bread but we declined. The food was good, the outside patio was lovely and the service was good. It's a bit pricey. Next time, I'd skip the appy and share the pizza. :)

We went to the take out side last week, the calzones were pretty good and I thought reasonablely priced

Got a pizza to go late one night on our last trip and thought it was one of the best things we had the whole week. Just a good ol', plain pepperoni pizza.

Been several times and just a resounding "meh".

Not even on my radar anymore to go there unless I am joining someone else that has set up reservations.

One of our family's favorite places. Pizza is great and the service is always quick. Sometime too quick as I get the feeling they want to turn the tables quickly.

If you want a good pizza, check out Pizza Press across the street on Harbor.

I never met a pizza I didn't like, and this place is great! Service is hit and miss, though.

I've never had a bad meal here. The pizza is the best I've had outside of Naples, Italy--no joke. And I don't doubt that others have had bad service, but I've been lucky, I guess. Friendly and attentive service every time, and my kids love the balloon artists who wander around.

Reviews are always mixed on this place -- people either love it or don't. If you just want Italian, there are plenty of other places that are much less expensive than a Disney restaurant, and most deliver.

If all you want is pizza or pasta or both, you have lots of options nearby; The Pizza Press, Marri's, Carolina's, or even Buca Di Beppo etc.

As someone who is Italian, I would rather go to Carolina's, a place probably run by an Italian family using their traditional recipes, than Naples.

Naples isn't our favorite restaurant in DtD (and not our favorite Italian restaurant period), but it does work really well for group dinners. We've always had very friendly service, and the menu allows everyone to find something they like. And that's really saying something because our groups generally include paleo, vegetarians, at least one vegan, gluten free, and food allergies. The AP discount helps, too.

I went once and loved the pizza. The service was slow though because I went on a busy night.

It was fine. Nothing memorable. Decent pizza, and we were in and out quickly.

We ate at the table service side once and weren't impressed. There are cans of tomato sauce everywhere as decorations and that should have been a sign. Nothing tasted fresh or like it was made from scratch. The waitress didn't know the ingredients used in the gluten free pasta. She asked another worker who also said they didn't know. Finally, someone else said that it comes in a package and they could go read the package. They charge way too much for that level of canned/prepacked food.

I've had take out from the other side a couple times. Maybe it's not even part of the same place. The food was better or I at least liked my entree better.

We are heading to DLR next month for our second trip and this restaurant is on our list of places to try. Our whole family loves pizza and one of our favorite restaurants in Epcot at WDW is Via Napoli, which after reading the menu, both restaurants look very similar to each other . We are really looking forward to trying this restaurant (I think my DD14 is way more excited to try this restaurant then any other restaurants we have planned), but it was great reading both the positive and the negative reviews on here, it gives me a sense of what to expect before we go in :goodvibes.

We don't like it. The service is horrible and the pizza is blah.
