When do you think we will be able to make ADRs for the new table service pizza place, presumably Naples 45, in Italy? The article on Allears.net indicates it will be open for the Food & Wine Festival and I will be in WDW from Oct 18 - 25. We would really like to try this place out.

I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up like the Wishes Dessert Party and they only begin taking reservations a few weeks prior to the open. I think it's supposed to open late September, but there could always be delays.

I agree, there's no way to know until there is an official opening date announced. Once they let us know that, then it *may* be safe to assume there will be a "soft opening" about a month before the official opening date like what happened with Kouzzina last year. As will all things in Disney World, there are no guarantees
