Napa Rose - Chief's Counter question

I have read that if you want to do the Napa Rose Chief's Counter that you should call Napa Rose directly.

Does anyone know how I can find their number? On Disney's website, they only show the dining reservation number.

And they take reservations 90 days ahead! Seatings are at 5:30 and 8:30 only.

was able to book the chief counter for June 11th at 530pm. we have seats 5, 6, 7, 8. I tried to get seats 4, 5, 6, 7 but couldn't get those seats.

We are happy though.

Those are the ones you want... We had seats 5 and 6 and I felt we had the best spots. It was the tastiest $300 we ever spent

We aren't even thinking about the $$$$ although I do have an very good estimate so that we have it budgeted it. We are going just for the experience. Just wish I didn't have to wait two more months.

We love the Chefs Counter but opt out to do a Club 33 visit. There is only so much $$$ to go around. You will love it.

We had 5&6. I actually think that 7 and 8 are better than 4 and those on that side too, so you should be all set. (5,6,7 and 8 are together, if someone was in 4 they'd be on the other side of where the food comes out and seperate from your group).

Hubby and I sat in 7 and 8 last time and we loved our seats. Mainly because we could see the grill station, the "pass", and desserts. The dessert chef was very nice and gave us little tastes and described the dishes as they went out. It made us hungry for dessert!

Seats 1-4 are on the salad/soup/apps side and I think 5-8 is more exciting, generally.

Thanks for the great tip about being able to book 90 days out!!! Just booked Chef's Counter for June 16th at 8:30 for my birthday (solo) don't know what seat I'm in but I'm sure I'll be happy no matter where I am!

it is at Napa Rose and you sit up at a counter right next to the open kitchen. The chef will talk to you and make you dinner. At least that is what I get out of the posts I have read. Only it is much better than me just saying it.

I know that there a couple of threads that have pics and describe it better than I can.

What the pp said. You sit right at a counter looking into the kitchen. You can either order off of the menu or have the chef custom cook you a 4-5 course meal for the same price as the vinter's menu. They will even pair it with wines (for an additional cost). It really is fantastic! We did it for our anniversary last trip and it was one of the best culinary and entertaining (I LOVED watching the chefs work and talking to the head chef) dinner experiences I've ever had.
