What is the best practice when it comes to Title?

There is just Me and my wife and our 26 year old daughter.
Can we put all 3 of our names on the contract?

We do not have a trust currently, but would like to get on set up someday.

Thanks

I'd suggest just putting it in you and your wife's name. This is a real estate interest that can (should) be bequeathed to your daughter in your will. Doing it this way can avoid some potential difficulties in the event of a future bankruptcy or divorce of your daughter.

In the mean time, you can list her as an associate which will allow her to book reservations or you can just go ahead an make reservations for her.

Does the associate get member privileges, such as free Internet, if one of the "Full Members" aren't in the party?

Associate Members can make reservations, bank and borrow points. They will not get a membership card and will not be entitled to any member perks (like AP discounts), but will still receive any benefits associated with having "DVC Member" on their room ID.

Awesome. I did not know that.
