Name change at check-in?

We were leaving tommorow and DH just called to say that he wont be able to go until Wednesday. Our original reservation was made for 2 adults with dining plan. Now, my sister and nephew are coming with me tomorrow and they are staying just 1 night. Can I add them to the reservation and tell the CM they are just joining me for 1 night? Will they cancel our dining plan?

Please help!!

The rule is everyone in the room for the entire length of stay. In this case that would technically be 4 people no matter when they're coming and when they leave. You may want to cancel the plan or argue at check in. Since you also technically can not make any changes at check in, you will likely be able to get it for just the 2 people for the entire time though you won't be able to get extra keys for the others. Talk to them at check in and see what choices they give you, worst case scenario is you should be able to cancel if you need to at check in.
