Name 5 things in WDW that makes you smile?

Mine would be (in no particular order)

1. Hearing the screams coming from the Tower of Terror from the safety of Sunset Boulevard, especially when my DH is riding it! ;)

2. Seeing the castle, especially for the first time on each trip to the MK. :):):)

3. The parades and shows. :):):)

4. Seing the characters interact with the guests.

5. Going under the archway to say we're in WDW again! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:


I could say more but it's your turn for 5 reasons now....

  • HAVING A GOOD MEAL AT ANY OF THE SIT-DOWN RESTAURANTS
  • POOH'S GRAND ADVENTURE
  • RIDING THE MONORAIL
  • CINDY'S CASTLE

Great idea for a thread!

Walking into the lobby of the Poly(whether Im staying there or not).

Checking in, and going to our room...vacation has begun!

Walking down Main St and seeing that Castle

All the yummy food I get to eat when Im there

And the biggest smile I get, is when I see my kids really having a blast, smiling & laughing, and just loving it. :)
 
1. Finding short lines on all my favorite attractions!

2. Seeing smiles on my children's faces!

3. Basking in the first day of our vacation and realizing we
have a LONG time before we have to re-enter the "real"
world again!

4. Eating at the Rose & Crown and watching Illuminations from
a table by the water! (Did this just once but it was so great!)

5. Having my kids so caught up in the Disney magic that they
don't have time to fight with each other!
 

1. Finding myself there! =0)

2. Bouncin' with Tigger on Pooh's ride!

3. Watching my DH & DS battle it out on Buzz Lightyear!

4. Watching my daughter enjoy Haunted Mansion, it's her favorite ride there!

5. Knowing when I get up in the morning at the hotel I can go to the park again and it's not time to go home yet!
 
1. Going through the gates
2. Checking in and getting into our room - always feels right
3. Character interaction - with our kids or someone elses. I love to watch any kids with the characters
4. Riding in the front of the monorail
5. Having the kids so excited (us too) that we don't know what we want to do first.

1. Cinderella Castle
2. Any of the firework/shows at night
3. Exploring the hotel when I first arrive, even if it's one I've stayed at many times
4. Seeing the funny people who walk around MGM and perform
5. Riding the monorail and hearing "Please stand clear of the doors, por favor......."
 
1. Winnie the Pooh
2. The interpreters
3. Comedy Warehouse and Adventurers Club
4. Searching for lime green ribbons.
5 being surprised by Safari Steve.
 
1. Seeing the Castle
2. the Light Parade
3. Walking down Main Street
4. Driving into the Main Gates and seeing all the Disney buses.
5. Checking into our resort!!
 
Getting on the plane at RDU, knowing in less than 2 hours we'll be there.
Seeing the entry gates to the World.
Watching little children respond to the characters.
Hearing DD say "we have to go on Small World first"
Hearing the Haunted Mansion chilling screams.
 
1. Seeing the castle for the first time each trip

2. Checking in and finding out where our room is.

3. Fudge Mud Slide at Beaches & Cream:D

4. Hearing the music begin for Impressions de France

5. Eating a Kaki Gori
 
Driving in under the Welcome arch

Walking up Main Street for the first time each trip

Sharing time with friends

Finding new things to take pictures of that I have not seen before

Watching character interaction with children, handicapped and elderly
 
1.) Arriving in FL - Knowing I have time with my Family with no interupptions
2.) Arriving at the Resort, feeling all the cares & worries slip away
3.)First Day, First Park Feeling
4.)Kiss Goodnight
5.)Every moment............
 
Seeing the welcome arch driving in
Walking down Main St. and seeing the castle
Watching the characters interact with guests
Checking into the room and exploring it
Just being there with family and friends :)
 
1. Hearing "Welcome Home" when I drive through the gates at OKW and when we get our assigned room.

2. Seeing the smiles on my girls facing knowing we are "home" again.

3. All the fireworks.........

4. Hearing the thrill in my girls voices as they see something or do something new at WDW.

5. Seeing all the characters..............
 
1. Driving into OKW and getting the "welcome home" from the gate keeper.

2. Watching the "statues" in Epcot.

3. Anticipating Illuminations and Fantasmic.

4. The first Kilamanjaro Safari of the trip.

5. Just being at the Mouse's house!!:)
