The nachos at the counter service in Mexico were good, but not great. They used that fake processed cheese sauce stuff instead of real melted cheese. If it werent for that, I would have thought they were great.
I checked out the nachos at ESPN and it looked like they had the same cheese sauce. I cant be sure because I was looking at an order next to me and I didnt want to stare, but from what I could see, it didnt look like real cheese. That is a big issue on nachos for me, if you couldnt tell.
While its not nachos, along the same idea of that, the ASMO food court had a great taco salad in a tortilla shell. It had all the "toppings" of lettuce tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, meat, etc... only no nachos, just the tortilla(which was very good too). Ive been craving it since we got back, months ago.
100% Disney--you know the answer to that question. Maybe not inside Disney, but last saturday night should have taught you that Spinnakers has the best Nachos dripping with ooozing gooey cheese, fantastic chili and fiery jalapenos.....Don't you wish we could go back? What cha doing this weekend? We could always take some to Disney with us. LOL
El Pirata in Adventureland you get a large, tasty order for around $5. Covered with cheese, chili, tomatos, onions, sour cream & peppers if you want. We get these every trip.
Thanks for the info, there's nothing (other than chocolate, of course) that I like better than Mexican food. Finding great nachos is like finding a treasure, and yes, GONE TO DISNEY, I would love to have another go at the ones from Spinnakers. I have been thinking about them ALL week.
