Nachos at Whispering Canyon

I guess this could just be a general question about the restaurant menus, but I was looking over the Whispering Canyon menu since we have reservations there our first night. The nachos look good for me, except for the tomatoes. Can you request them without the tomatoes?

How about the restaurants in general? Can you ask them to not add gravy, sauces, etc? Or leave off one item (like the tomatoes above)?

Shouldn't be a problem...Disney's really good about accommodating dietary needs and preferences

Asking to leave something off is no problem at most places including WCC.

We have gotten them before without tomatoes and it wasn't a problem. Although the server did joke with us about eating our vegetables later on.

Its melted tillamook cheddar cheese.

We requested ours with no tomatoes!!!
I then had to stand on my chair and announce to the everyone, "I hate Tomatoes!!"
So beware of the reprecussions of what you request!!!!

I was afraid of something like the standing in the chair incident! I wouldn't be so thrilled, and my DH wouldn't be either, but I guess we would live! Anyone else had an incident like that when making special requests at WCC?

I think we're eating there because of the general silliness. We hadn't even looked at it until I read about it here.
