MYW Dining Question

I have a MYW dining package...My father and step-mother will be meeting us down there and they are only staying one night. They are bringing my 4 nieces/nephews as well. My step-mother nieces/nephews have never ever been to WDW, I was thinking that I would take all the kids (6 of them) around the park or something while my dad takes my step-mom out for a nice Disney Dinner. So here goes my two part question:

1) On my package I will have at least (as it stands right now) 3 TS's left. My question is can I give one of my room keys to my Dad to use w/my step-mother for that, or can if I end up using the extra TS's w/my kids give him my key to charge his dinner to my room????

2) Where should he take her. V&A is way to fancy for them, basic people and just wanted to give the two of them time alone and a disney dinner.

VA doesn't take the dining plan and many of the better resort restaurants are "signature" and require 2 TS /dinner.

Where will they be staying? Many of the WS restaurants now participate, look at one of the newer lists. Canada in EPCOT, Spoodles by the BW, Mama Melrose in the Studios and Concourse Steak House in the Contemprary are all good choices.

For a buffet I'd go with Boma in the AKL.

I was thinking V&A if I had to pay.....just wanted to know if you can pass off a room key for them to charge. This isn't my first visit but I was a kid when we use to go there so I know things have changed.
