MYW Dining Plan Report 7/7- 7/14 (waaaay too detailed)

Great report - so glad you enjoyed Le Cellier - we have adr's there on oct 4th for our 7th wedding anniversary, but we're bringing the kids - no babysitter this time!

Here are some pictures of food at Concourse Steakhouse. Just learned how to add pictures today!

great report --Thanks for all the detailed info. Going on dining plan in oct.--looking forward to it.

Great report, we used the dining plan in May and loved it. We ate at the Concourse and had a great meal, dd4 had the artist cookie dessert and loved it, gave us bit more time to sit and enjoy our meal because she was busy with her painting.

Great reviews! Have to agree with you about the burger at Concourse, it was one of the best I have ever had anywhere.

At O'hana's, can you order any dessert, or was the pineapple the only dessert you could get?

Love the report!!!!

Thanks,
Tracy

Thanks for sharing!

And what a great idea to hand off desserts you can't eat to another table - you just gave that family a bit of unexpected pixie dust!!!

Since you shared and did some OOP meals for the kids, did you really find that you extended your options (because you had more tickets) or did you end up with leftover credits?

Since we bought lunch for my father and his wife twice and since our flight left so late on the last day, we were able to use all the CS credits. If not for those 2 factors I don't think we could have used them all. If we were not staying concoerge, though, we definitely would have used all of the CS credits without a problem because we would have used some for breakfast.

We did use them all up though. I found it especially easy to use the snack credits. I was worried about that because so many people come back and say they bought 10 mickey rice crispy treats to use their's up. We had no problem since we used so many for drinks on the park.

Also, the 2 OOP meals for my DD7 enabled my husband and I to go to Le Cellier. A great trade off!

We ate at O'hana for breakfast so there was no dessert. Sorry, I can't help with that info.

I am going to WDW in Nov with just my ds age 9. I wasn't sure about the dining plan but after reading you post which was very detailed I have decided to add it to our reservations. Thank You

You are so welcome! I think you'll be happy you did it if no other reason than it took so much stress away form the vacation. I felt like I wasn't worried about whether the kids were asking for ice cream every day and I would have to shell out more money or whether I wasted $10 on the hamburger my daughter only ate half of. Have a great trip!
