MYW Dining Plan- Limited choices?

Some of the other posts I have read have indicated that on the dining plan you don't choose from the full menu. Is this true? I was under the impression that you could order anything, and there weren't really any restrictions, except, I think at Planet Hollywood it said there were extra charges for some menu items. Everywhere else I thought you had the full menu to choose from. Anybody know?

A handful of restaurants (I believe they are all in DTD) have "surcharges" for a handful of items. Otherwise, it is the regular menu AFAIK.

You can choose from the full menu, unless theyve changed something since June.
