MyPoints Problems??

I finally have enough points to redeem for a Rainforest Cafe GC, but when I tried to order it, an error screen came up. I tried one more time to order the GC, and a different screen came up that said,

"Your redemption order can't be processed due to the following reason: Member account currently locked by another process."

What exactly does THAT mean? Am I going to be able to order the GC? Should I cash out for something else? I wanted to do this before the points went up, but it seems that I may have a problem doing this.

Any help from you MyPoints veterans out there?

I finally got into mypoints but they haven't updated my account from yesterday. It's showing the same amount as yesterday morning. So I still don't have quite enough points to try to redeem. Maybe tomorrow.
