MyPoints Mastercard finally comes through!

After MyPoints Mastercard went out of business in July, I have been calling and faxing their customer service department to try to get my points from that statement. They kept promising that the points would be posted ASAP, but nothing was ever posted. I finally gave up a few weeks ago - I was going nowhere fast.

Well, lo and behold, guess what finally appeared in my account today? The 500 points from my last Mastercard statement! Woohoo! I now have enough points for a $5 WebCert. I'm so excited!

Has anyone heard any news on when/if MyPoints will be introducing a new credit card?

I got a new card on that account from Merrick Bank, who I guess took over Nextcard. But it doesn't have ANYTHING on it about Mypoints, unfortunately. Hopefully Mypoints will come up with something.
Gotta run and check my balance!

Have you been earning Mypoints through the new credit card, cuterlt? Maybe this means Mypoints is coming out with a new CC! Lets hope so!
