Mypoints.... ha ha what a joke!

Way back in December 2001 I cashed in points for an Olive Garden GC. 1 month went by, nothing.... SOOO I waited again... 3weeks later they returned my pending points. So then I ordered a Macaroni Grill GC, afaid that maybe it was the Olive Garden that held things up the last time. WEELLL.... NOW it's been another 3 weeks and NO gc.... This place is just a joke! you can't email them, when I tried to give a negative response on the web site no screen popped up FUNNY HUH!!!! I'm soooo sorry that I wasted my time on this web site. JUST A JOKE!

I've had nothing but great service from MyPoints.

I have mainly cashed in for Webcertificates and gotten them within 10-15 days after cash-in each time!

I am with you on this one I have been doing this program for years and have never had a problem with them.

I am very surprised that you have had to wait so long, I also have had nothing but great praise for My Points...I just cashed out for a webcertificate and had it within two weeks!

Not trying to "gang up on you," Tense , but I have to go along with the others. I'm not a huge "rewards" clicker, but MyPoints is the best one I've done. I, too, have only cashed out for webbies (just did another one yesterday!), but they've come in reasonable time. And my e-mailed questions were always answered within a day or two--not always with the appropriate answer the first time, but they always got to it eventually

Don't give up on MyPoints, Tense. Maybe try shifting to webcertificates and redeeming for one everytime you reach 1350 points ($10 webbie). You can even get the plastic card ($6.95 one time and they'll take it out of your webbie account). That way you can spend your rewards ANYWHERE your heart desires! I just love these little green bouncies--when I can get them to work!

I too have not had the problems that you have with my points. I have cashed out twice for $25 JC Penney gift certificates, and both times received them in the mail in less than a week. Sorry you are having trouble with them! I hope it works out!

I had a problem with them and mowsie dreamer posted a phone number. I called and they took care of it right away. Call them and see what happens.

I havent had any problems at all there cashing out but DH has. Last time he ordered Chili's gc and waited forever and they finally gave him his points back. He ordered it again and now finally it came today....at least I assume it came since I didnt open his envelope.


I do have a problem with getting them to credit me my 190 points for ordering Readers Digest. They responded that they would credit my account the 250 MagMall points within 5 business days. Now I did tell them it was 190 points and I have no clue how they came up with 250....but regardless they still havent credited me 2 weeks from when I got that email.

I had the same problem with an on the border cert. It was pending & pending & pending & then I got the points back.

Usually though, and I have been doing this program for a LONG time, I get them very quickly. I ordered a home depot one yesterday, so I'll see how long it takes.

I cashed out this week for a $25 webcert. My points were pending for several days and this morning when I cashed my account, it shows that they have been cashed in. I haven't received any type of email from mypoints or webcertificates. Should I worry?

It only means that mypoints has verified that you have the points to spend, and is probably in the process of odering your webcert. Dont' forget that it's the weekend and nothing much is getting done.

It should take at least a week before you get the email from webcertificate.com that your webbie is ready to be added to your account. All in all, the process has been taking 2-3 weeks these days.
