MyPoints Gift Card Question

For those of you who have redeemed their points for a gift card, what type of envelope does it come in and how is it postmarked? My DH has a bad habit of tossing mail that looks like junk.

Mine are plain white window envelopes, and you can feel the GC inside. Just ask him to check the envelope for a GC before he tosses it.

If you are going to be in WDW any time soon, you can pick up a points card at guest services. Show them your card and they will get you one. Then you call customer service and they will transfer the points to the gift card. We did this on our trip last June. Was very easy.

Let me clarify...I'm not referring to Disney Gift Cards, but to gift cards that you order by redeeming your MyPoints points earned.

Yep, it kinda looks like junk mail, except that you can feel it is heavier than usual.

I just started doing lifepoints through my insurance company. I was able to save $90 towards a grill from lowes. Now I'm saving for disney gift cards. Are there other ways to get points from life points?

Yes, they do appear to be junk mail. LOL They are slightly heavier but not by much. Mine come in a plain white envelope.
