Mypoints CC points and shopping points - none yet

I have not received my Mypoints credit card points or points for any purchases made in December yet. Anybody else not getting points? I usually get my credit card points by the 17'th of the month. I made many December Xmas purchases with their new promotion too and have received nothing yet. Are you guys getting your points?

nope. i am still trying to get points for october and november. they even asked me to fax my credit card statement which i was hesitant to do, but did, and still no points. i am getting to the point of canceling the thing.

My points were credited 2-3 days after I received my statement. I didn't do any shopping on-line, but the points from my credit card statement were posted immediately.

Have you had any luck getting them posted?

Lots of toll free numbers are listed on the MyCoupons board. www.mycoupons.com go to shopping boards, then the HelpDesk FAQ board and they list the phone numbers of all the rewards programs. I haven't called mypoints yet but I will soon. I no longer have the fax number,sorry. If I find it I will post it.
