mypoints - anyone else not getting credited for emails???

I just started getting emails from myoints this past week, but I have noticed that I haven't gotten any credit for any of them, and if anyone else has been getting them, you know that there has been quite a few. So, since I just started getting them, how long does it usually take to get the credit for them???

It has been taking me and everyone in my family about a week to get credit for any of the emails. But, we have been getting all of the points, it is just taking a while.

me too..ever since they started back sending out the emails my balance still says I only have 11 points when I know I must be at almost 50 by now
