I remember hearing about tombstones in the Haunted Mansion queue being able to talk to you, and the Princesses meet and greet being able to greet you by name as well...

Yes,I think a lot of Guests are going to be surprised when everything starts "working".

Now that they are using the long-range MagicBand RFID capability with Ride Photos,hopefully the Props will be next "online".

I don't know if it means we are close to the "activation" of the props at All-Star Sports,but they were "blue screen" for much of my trip.

No,they haven't activated any of the Props yet,but they have started "reading" MagicBands for ride Photo/video at ToT and SDMT.
