I've already started my journey to be healthy. I've lost 10lbs in a month under a weight loss plan (EMP180). I've also been doing some cardio and plenty of strength training. As part of my journey I signed up for the Warrior Dash on August 10. I certainly won't be competitive, but I always enjoy the challenge of these muddy obstacles. I'm trying to get down to at least 200. Wouldn't mind going to 180, but that all depends on where my body leads me in terms of what's right for me and the kind of strength training I do.
